The Sabre external ultra slim light box uses the same technology as the Katana light box. This light box is an effective advertising medium, often referred to as an illuminated poster frame as it is so thin. It has a lockable frame mounted on hinges, enabling quick and easy change of graphics via a special key. This light box is made for external usage, utilising special seals to enable it to be totally waterproof. Therefore, it works as an effective advertising tool in outdoor places and on external walls for applications such as restaurant menus, nightclub promotions, petrol station forecourts, bus shelters and railway stations. The overall depth of the light box is just 44mm. This light box is available in standard sizes A2, A1 and A0. We also supply a larger and slightly more advanced external slim light box (the Scimitar light box) which has gas stays and an automatic power cut off for extra security and safety.

Dimensions: A2, A1 and A0
Profile: Mill finished aluminium base profile and anodised aluminium top cover profile. To change the poster one has to unlock the top profiles with a special key so that the top frame can be swung open and the poster can be changed via a snap profile. In between the top and base profile, there is a rubber sealing to make the product water resistant.
Light box Frame: Aluminium back panel, with hinged frame, only 44mm deep. Supplied with security key.
Colour: Anodised silver as standard, or your choice of RAL colour.

Protective sheet: 4mm thick UV resistant polycarbonate.

IP Rating: IP66 (Totally protected against dust; Protected against high pressure water jets from any direction. Limited ingress permitted.)
* Philips T5 Daylight tubes have an average lifetime of 20,000 hours. These tubes can be purchased at most local hardware stores and are easily replaceable within the light box, unlike Cold Cathode or LED light boxes.
